This bread stimulates the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, facilitates the expulsion of carcinogenic and toxic substances from the body, and excess cholesterol, and recommended for the prevention of diabetes, arteriosclerosis and cellulite.
The bread is made from germinating wheat grains with the minimum addition of the yeast and salt, with no additives, and similar substances.
All other types of bread differ from this, first of all because they contain flour with low biological value, with properties that do not fit the human body.
This bread without flour is nutritious as well as all other bakery products, but also rich in protein, vitamins, amino acids, fats, carbohydrates and minerals. Only the content of nutritive fiber is twenty times higher than in the bread made of white flour.
- 300 g(10.5 oz) of wheat
- 100 g(3.5 0z) of barley flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of flax seed
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 yeast + 50 ml of water
1.The process of making this unusual bread is a bit long, but it is not demanding. Start with pouring water on wheat. Wheat should remain in the water for three days until it begins to germinate. The water should be changed periodically to prevent spoilage of grain.
2.After three days, the wheat strain and mix it in a blender. You’ll get a mass similar on dough.In this mass add barley flakes. First pour lukewarm water on snowflakes to soften.
3.Then add sunflower seeds, linseed and sesame seeds, which were previously gently fried in a dry frying pan.
4.In 50 ml of water, stir in half the fresh yeast (you can put the whole yeast) with a spoon of sugar. When yeast grows a little, add it to the mixture and knead bread hands. It is not necessary to add water because the wheat itself sufficiently moist.
5.Add a teaspoon of salt, well unite the mixture and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes.
6.Preheat oven to 220 celsius(428 fahrenheit)degrees. Before baking, add a couple of ice cubes in the oven to create steam that allows the bread to rise a little more. Bake the bread for 45-50 min.
